Returns & Exchanges Guidance
Your item(s) must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
To determine if you are eligible for a return or exchange, follow the steps below:
1.Visit our self-serve return portal and enter your email address and order number.
- Find the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to select whether you would like to return or exchange your item(s). Note - you may be eligible for additional perks if you exchange items or receive credit onto a 7Collection E-Gift Card.
- Once your return or exchange request is submitted, we will review your request and contact you with an update and next steps.
*Items stated as Final Sale and E-Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
