The pre-order closes on 1/15/25. Place your order by this date to receive your items for 7EE.
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship in January, 2025.
Can I order non-7EE items?
Yes, you may order anything you'd like from 7Collection, however your full order will ship together in January, 2025. If you would like non-7EE items sooner, please place a separate order.
Can I get a discount?
7EE products are already discounted. Additional discounts may not be applied.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, email us at 7collection@7-11.com with your Order Number and shipping details.
Can I return my order?
No, all 7EE sales are final. You may exchange apparel items for a different size. You are responsible for paying return shipping.
